O Instituto Neemias de Recuperação Cristã para Dependentes Químicos surgiu de um desejo da Igreja Cristã Filadélfia em Marcílio de Noronha, Viana – ES, que já auxiliava outros projetos cristãos de apoio a dependentes químicos e viu como melhor opção ter seu próprio espaço. Trabalhar na construção do reino de Deus realizando ações eficazes de tratamento e prevenção da dependência química, e prestar acolhimento a homens, com base na aplicação dos princípios cristãos e do conhecimento científico, para promoção do ser humano de forma integral e a transformação da sociedade.
